Dream Speak Path provides reflective, educational, and mentorship-based experiences focused on personal development, creativity, self-inquiry, and energetic awareness. Services may include one-on-one sessions, guided exercises, written materials, audio experiences, music, embodiment practices, and group or pilot programs.

Some experiences may involve breath awareness, guided embodiment, visualization, music, focused attention, or reflective practices that can evoke physical sensations or emotional responses. Participation in all practices is voluntary, and you are encouraged to engage only at a level that feels appropriate for you.

Dream Speak Path services are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging with Dream Speak Path, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).

• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required in full before services are delivered
• You agree to provide accurate billing information
• Dream Speak Path does not store your full payment details

Refund and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of purchase or booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Missed sessions without notice are not refundable
• Refunds are discretionary and evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Pilot or limited-capacity programs may have limited or no refunds

By participating in Dream Speak Path services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your outcomes depend on your own participation, choices, and engagement
• Dream Speak Path makes no guarantees regarding specific results, insights, or transformations
• Personal development, breath-based, creative, or embodied practices may involve inherent physical, emotional, or psychological risks
• You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and agree to engage in a manner that honors your own limits and well-being

If you have medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions that may be impacted by breath-based, somatic, or introspective practices, you are responsible for consulting a qualified professional before participating.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate professional support or local emergency services.

All content provided by Dream Speak Path—including text, exercises, frameworks, audio, music, visual materials, and original methodologies—is the intellectual property of Dream Speak Path unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell materials without prior written permission.

Dream Speak Path respects your privacy. Personal information shared during one-on-one sessions will be treated with care and discretion, subject to our Privacy Policy.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings or on third-party platforms, and participants are encouraged to exercise personal discernment when sharing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Speak Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, physical, emotional, psychological, or creative damages arising from or related to your participation in services.

Dream Speak Path’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Dream Speak Path reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion if:

• These Terms are violated
• Behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful
• Continued participation is not aligned with the nature or integrity of the offering

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dream Speak Path may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
