How do I contact support?

Email is best. Send a message with your name, the email used at checkout, and a quick description of what you need help with.

I booked a session — where is the link?

If your session is on Zoom, the link is typically included in your Calendly confirmation email and calendar invite. If you can’t find it, email support and we’ll resend it.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (or another third-party payment provider we may use). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Can I request a refund?

If you believe a charge was made in error or you need help with a payment issue, email support with the details. Refund eligibility may depend on the product/service and timing, but we’ll review your request and respond.
