These services are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging with Dream Speak Path, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).

• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required in full before services are delivered
• You agree to provide accurate billing information

We do not store your full payment details.

Refund and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of purchase or booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Missed sessions without notice are not refundable
• Refunds are discretionary and evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Pilot programs may have limited or no refunds due to capacity constraints

All content provided by Dream Speak Path—including text, exercises, frameworks, audio, and visual materials—is the intellectual property of Dream Speak Path unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written permission.

We respect your privacy. Personal information shared during sessions will be treated with care and discretion, subject to our Privacy Policy.

However, Dream Speak Path cannot guarantee confidentiality in group settings or on third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Speak Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful
• Continued participation is not aligned with the nature of the offering

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
